Townhomes offer chance for affordable homeownership as North Charleston prices keep rising

The project was made possible by $1.5 million in Rescue Plan Act funding through Charleston County, in addition to support from other community partners like funding from the Coastal Community Foundation and pro-bono architecture plans from GBA Architecture.
