Flowertown Players

Flowertown Players is the community theater company of the Town of Summerville. It was established in 1976 to bring quality community theater to the region and provide a venue for artists to practice their craft. Flowertown Players is a Legacy Grant recipient of the Saul Alexander Foundation, an affiliate organization of Coastal Community Foundation. Saul Alexander was a proud resident of the Town of Summerville and a portion of the Foundation’s grants are dedicated to nonprofits making an impact in the Summerville community.

“The support of the Saul Alexander Foundation allows us to continue to produce high quality theatrical productions as well as educational opportunities for the Summerville community and the tri-county area at large. We are constantly looking for ways in which we can expand our programming and that would not be possible without the funding granted to us by the Saul Alexander Foundation.  The Flowertown Players organization is forever grateful for their belief in our theatre.” — Kendall Kiker, Managing Director
